Alstom introduced that it has concluded the divestment of its Coradia Polyvalent system, its Reichshoffen production site in France and its Talent 3 platform, at present designed in Hennigsdorf, Germany to CAF. The transaction is part of Alstoms commitments to the European Fee in relation to Alstoms acquisition of Bombardier Transportation.
To ensure a seamless transition, Alstom will honour its remaining obligations beneath current orders for Expertise 3 and will run in consortium with CAF to fulfil existing contracts for rolling stock shipping and delivery from the Reichshoffen website.
