Envision Bend enters public phase for Bend Vision Project with survey, workshops, events

BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) –The Bend Eyesight Task has done the “quiet period”- interviewing group leaders, “connectors, recruiting project partners, and looking into developments — world wide, national and local.
