Manchester flight academy for kids is back this half term – here’s how you can book a spot

Manchester Airport’s Runway Visitor Park has introduced that its Flight Academy programme will return this Oct 50 percent-term.

The programme is working for 5 times over the half time period for young children aged 4-12 and sessions last 90 minutes.

The periods are split into two groups, just one for little ones aged 4-7 and a person for those people aged 8-12, with price ranges starting off at £10.

Little ones can sit in the cockpit of a retired airliner, understand about the position of cabin crew and floor operators and ‘take control’ of the flight deck.

There will also be uniforms for the little ones to costume up in and the opportunity to watch planes consider-off and land at Manchester Airport.

Robert Hassard, Runway Visitor Park Supervisor, claimed: “After the good results of this summer’s Flight Academy return, we have been eager to provide the programme again for people to delight in again this Oct 50 percent time period.

“This is an enduringly well-known relatives experience and has inspired several kids to think about a profession in aviation. The RVP features a terrific price working day out for website visitors of all ages.”

Periods can be booked from Monday Oct 25th – Friday October 29th.

Visitors can ebook excursions and encounters on line by means of the RVP’s web page.
