Joyau des Caraibes Ltd (JDC), owner of Silversands Grenada, has introduced the acquisition of Port Louis Maritime Village and the undeveloped lands at Mount Cinnamon vacation resort.
JDC’s investment in Port Louis Maritime Village and Mount Cinnamon lands will incorporate environmentally friendly services, together with 4 five-star lodges, a world-course spa, distinctive household villas, food stuff and beverage outlets, retail, and an entertainment hub on Port Louis Marina. Masterplans for the developments are in different phases of completion, with the groundbreaking of the 1st growth on Mount Cinnamon scheduled to begin in 18 months. In full, there will be four hundred to five hundred new rooms spread across the new lodges.
