The Church Inn crowned best pub in the north west yet again

A VILLAGE pub saved from closure has been named the greatest in the north west.

The Church Inn, Mobberley, has been crowned just one of 15 regional winners in the annual National Pub and Bar Awards for the second time.

The 18th century Quality II mentioned inn won the nationwide award in 2019 and is the only pub in Cheshire highlighted in the Michelin Tutorial for Terrific Britain and Eire 2021.
