What’s Your Favorite U.S. National Park?

Hey, it is been a although, has not it? I do not think I’ve created a blog publish in a calendar year or so. I hope you are all executing perfectly in these crazy periods. As constantly, thanks for studying.

I have a issue: What’s your favorite U.S. Countrywide Park?

More than the past two yrs, I’ve fallen in enjoy with them.

Prior to the pandemic, I experienced only frequented a handful of them, mainly by incident. But after the pandemic hit, and it was protected ample to road-journey, I drove all all around the state checking out them.

Now I have found 15 out of 63. And sometime, I’d like to see them all.

First, there was Redwood Nationwide Park, with its towering trees and black-sand beaches…

Then Indiana Dunes, with its sprawling sights of nuclear reactors…

Then Utah, residence to some of the finest nationwide parks in the place: I visited Capitol Reef, Bryce Canyon, and Zion.

Soon after Utah, I frequented Mammoth Cave (Kentucky) and Incredibly hot Springs (Arkansas), on the way to Austin, which is where by I are living now.

Then there was Massive Bend, Texas. The night time sky is remarkable there! You can see so numerous stars.

Followed by Petrified Forest in New Mexico…

And most not long ago, Glacier (Montana) and Grand Teton (Wyoming). Glacier Countrywide Park reminded me of Switzerland with its alpine valleys, purple wildflowers, and jagged mountains. I even observed mountain goats.

I truly feel so fortunate that I’ve gotten to see so significantly of our attractive state in the past few years.

When I was young, I targeted only on worldwide journey (this web site is not identified as Ashley Abroad for nothin’). But around the earlier two years, I’m delighted to report that I’ve acquired a newfound appreciation for my personal yard.

It turns out you never have to fly halfway all over the planet to go on an experience.

As for my beloved? It’s a two-way tie amongst Redwood and Major Bend.
