Concern is all around us now, and although some of us have been residing with it given that the start of the calendar year, some are just getting into it – it is pretty much like this ripple of fear that has distribute across the planet. There’s fear of the virus, fear for our relatives and good friends, fear of shedding our work, wages getting slice and fear of an unidentified potential – how long will this very last?
But we have to defeat fear if we are to get better and
rebound and it commences with controlling our personal fear.
In this episode, we communicate to Dr Adrian Wang, who runs
his personal psychiatry and counselling centre at Gleneagles Health-related Centre in
Singapore. Right before commencing non-public practice in Oct 2005, he was main of the
Section of Normal Psychiatry and advisor-in-charge of the Nervousness and
Temper Clinic at the Institute of Psychological Well being. He was the main Care officer of
